No Dehydrator Needed

Heat oven to 225 degrees. Place as many berries as you want on a rimmed baking sheet being careful not to overcrowd the pan. Bake berries on a parchment-lined baking sheet until shriveled but still supple, about 2 hours. Let cool completely. Store in airtight container in the pantry for a month or in the refrigerator for 2 months.
