For over six months, Daliah has been waiting patiently for her forever home. Her journey hasn’t been easy. She was found in a ditch, trembling and terrified, suffering from a severe skin infection. She was the picture of neglect, a heartbreaking symbol of the cruelty some animals endure.

But Daliah’s story didn’t end there. She was rescued just in time by St. Francis CARE and began her road to recovery. Through months of dedicated care, countless belly rubs, and her favorite treat—hot dogs—Daliah transformed. Her gentle spirit began to shine, and she even graduated from the Shawnee Prison Dog Training course, where she mastered basic obedience.
