I’m Stephanie Woods, a lifelong dog lover sharing my home with eight rescue pups in Southern Illinois. What started as a blog to ease into retirement became my passion—a place to share my love for dogs, my experiences, and the lessons my rescues have taught me.

I’m not a vet or a trainer, just someone who believes rescue dogs love a little deeper—they know they’ve been given a second chance. My hope is to inspire, connect, and bring a little joy to fellow dog lovers. Thanks for being here!
